These are Yin Yang Round Bridges for the Erhu. Yin Yang is Chinese philosophical concept that describes opposite but interconnected forces. In this case it just means two halves are made of different types of wood. We tried it on our Erhu and it gives a cleaner and warmer tone compared the standard black bridge. Ideally, the bridge should be placed in the centre of the snake skin soundbox or slightly higher than the centre of the snake skin soundbox. Do note that every bridge might sound different when affixed on various Erhus. Colour might also differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting.
